Ms. Arab ul Mateen, Ph.D. in Management Science, brings over seven years of teaching experience to her role. With expertise in Human Resource Management, she has taught at renowned institutions such as Qarshi University, Bahria University, and the Virtual University of Pakistan. Her research interests lie in interdisciplinary studies focusing on the integration of HRM, technology, and innovation. Committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment, she actively contributes to academic conferences and research collaborations. Passionate about advancing knowledge in Management Science, Ms. Mateen aims to equip future leaders with essential skills for success in a rapidly evolving field.
