Dr. Sibgha Noureen is a dedicated PhD Pharmaceutical Chemistry Scholar and academic professional with a strong background in drug discovery, biochemical analysis, and pharmaceutical education. Throughout her academic career, she has earned both gold and silver medals. She joined Qarshi University in February 2025 as a lecturer, bringing with her more than 6 years of expertise in retail pharmacy, research, and teaching. Her research work focuses on the biochemical analysis of GDM with its contributing factors (lipid profile and Hb), EQ-5D-5L usage in the measurement of health-related quality of life and antibiotics resistance. She had more than eight publications and had also served as a reviewer in PLOS ONE journal. She continues to advance pharmaceutical education through evidence-based teaching methodologies, innovative research, and active contributions to pharmacy practice and policy.
